Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Flower offers a Free Plan and a Pro Plan. The Free Plan includes limited daily video uploads and basic playback features. The Pro Plan may include unlimited video uploads, mirror mode, loop playback, speed control, markers, zoom and rotate tools, detailed statistics, and widget support. Current pricing and feature details are shown in the app purchase screen before purchase. Flower may update plan contents where permitted by applicable law.

2. Fees and Payment

Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat for subscription verification. Flower does not store, view, or process payment card details. Apple sends receipts and manages billing through the user's Apple Account payment method.

3. Free Trial

Flower may offer a free trial for eligible new users. Trial availability, duration, and scope are shown on the purchase screen. If the subscription is not canceled before the trial ends, it may automatically convert to a paid Pro subscription according to Apple's terms and the offer shown at purchase. Flower may change or end trial offers where permitted.

4. Automatic Renewal

Pro subscriptions are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and Apple charges the payment method linked to the user's Apple Account. Renewal timing, billing period, and price follow the subscription selected during purchase.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Apple subscription settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Flower. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. At the end of the period, the app returns to the Free Plan. Flower cannot cancel App Store subscriptions directly inside the app outside Apple's subscription management flow.

6. Price and Scope Changes

Subscription prices may change based on App Store pricing, tax rules, local conditions, or other business factors. Apple may ask for user confirmation before some price changes take effect. Feature scope may also change over time. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel the subscription before the next renewal.

7. Refunds

Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies and procedures. To request a refund, users should visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Flower does not directly receive payments and cannot process App Store refunds directly. If a free trial is canceled before billing starts, no charge should be made for that trial according to the terms shown by Apple.

8. Feature Differences

Free Plan features may include a daily video upload limit and basic playback. Pro Plan features may include unlimited video uploads, mirror mode, loop playback, speed control, markers, zoom and rotate tools, detailed practice statistics, customizable widgets, and an ad-free experience. The current feature comparison is shown in the app.

9. Restore Purchases

Users who previously purchased Pro can restore purchases after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device. Use the Restore Purchases option under Settings > Subscription. Restoration checks Apple App Store records through RevenueCat. Restore Purchases does not create a new charge; it verifies previous eligible purchases.

10. Quotas and Limits

Free Plan users may have a daily video upload limit. When the limit is reached, the app may show a message asking the user to wait for the limit to reset or upgrade to Pro. Pro users do not have the same daily upload limit. Flower may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse where permitted.

11. Status and Verification

Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat and Apple App Store records. The app may check subscription status when opened and before important subscription-gated actions. If internet connectivity is unavailable, the app may rely on the most recently verified status for a limited time or restrict Pro features until verification is available again.
