Cancellation / Refund Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Flower Pro subscription at any time through Apple App Store subscription settings. Open iPhone or iPad Settings, tap your Apple ID, select Subscriptions, choose Flower, and use the cancellation option.

Flower cannot directly cancel App Store subscriptions inside the app outside Apple's subscription management flow.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies and procedures. Flower does not receive direct payment from users and cannot approve, reject, or process App Store refunds directly.

Apple evaluates refund requests according to its own rules, account history, local law, and purchase context.

3. Trial Cancellation and Refunds

If Flower offers a free trial, users should cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trial availability, duration, and billing timing are shown by Apple during purchase.

If no paid charge has occurred, no refund is generally needed. If a charge occurs and the user believes it is incorrect, the request should be submitted through Apple.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for purchase, select Flower, choose the relevant issue type, explain the reason, and submit the request.

Apple will review the request and communicate the result. If approved, Apple refunds the original payment method according to its policies.

5. Partial Period Refunds

Canceling during an active billing period does not automatically create a prorated or partial refund. Pro access usually continues until the current billing period ends.

Apple may decide to grant exceptions at its discretion. Flower cannot guarantee partial refunds.

6. Access after Cancellation

After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the already paid billing period. When the period ends, the app returns to the Free plan unless another active subscription is verified.

Deleting the Flower app or local account data does not cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through Apple.

7. Price Changes and Refunds

Subscription pricing may change based on App Store pricing, taxes, local rules, or business decisions. Apple may ask users to confirm certain price changes.

If you do not agree with a price change, cancel before renewal. Refund eligibility after a renewal is determined by Apple.

8. Consumer Rights

Consumer rights may vary by country and local law. For digital subscription services, withdrawal rights may be limited once service performance begins with user approval, depending on applicable rules.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Contact

For cancellation, refund, or subscription questions, contact Flower at flowerdanceapp@gmail.com. Email support requests are usually answered within 3 business days.

Refund decisions are made by Apple, so purchase issue requests should also be submitted through Apple's official refund channel.
