Subscription Cancellation Information

Last updated: May 15, 2026

1. Step-by-Step Cancellation Guide

To cancel Flower Pro, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name and Apple ID at the top, choose Subscriptions, select Flower, tap Cancel Subscription, and confirm the cancellation.

If you do not see Subscriptions, first tap Media & Purchases, then choose Subscriptions. Apple manages the cancellation flow and confirmation.

2. Automatic Renewal and Billing

Flower Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless canceled, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period and Apple charges the payment method connected to your Apple Account.

To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date where required by Apple subscription terms.

3. Free Trial and Cancellation

Flower may offer a free trial to eligible users. If you cancel before the trial ends, you should not be charged for that trial according to the terms shown by Apple.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial may convert into a paid Pro subscription and renew automatically.

4. Status after Cancellation

Cancellation does not usually remove Pro access immediately. You can continue using Pro features until the end of the current paid billing period or trial access period.

After the period ends, Flower returns to the Free plan unless an active subscription is verified again.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I cancel inside Flower?
A: App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple. Use iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Flower.

Q: Does deleting the app cancel the subscription?
A: No. Deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Q: What happens to my data after cancellation?
A: Your local videos, profile, statistics, and preferences remain on the device unless you delete local account data.

Q: I was charged by mistake. What should I do?
A: Use reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

6. Subscription Cancellation vs Account Deletion

Subscription cancellation stops future App Store renewals but does not delete local Flower data. Account deletion clears local app data but does not cancel an App Store subscription.

If you want both, cancel the subscription through Apple and delete local account data inside Flower.
